Maintaining Rights in Force
All aspects of managing patent files(monitoring of deadlines, payment of official fees, in particular renewal fees) are dealt with by our Automated IP Management System. This service reminds clients several times by fax or by phone before the final deadline.


Trials and Appeals:
Our firm represents clients in opposition, reexamination and interference proceedings before the Korea Patent Office(Industrial Property Tribunal).
